FINANCING STRUCTURE

In addition to our own equity, our projects also utilize appropriate mezzanine and senior construction financing. This financing is, to the corresponding extent, tied to the specific project and secured by it. No equity profit is released from the project until the respective loan is repaid. We also strictly observe risk isolation rules between projects, which comply with the highest banking standards.

LOW COSTS FOR INVESTORS

Compared to competitors, we are proud to offer the same terms for the smallest and largest investors alike, with a very low fee structure. Beyond the basic management fee, we do not deduct any further share from the fund’s profit in the form of a profit share.

RISK MANAGEMENT

Above all, we pay close attention to investment safety. That’s why the fund is the direct owner of real estate assets, not just receivables, and why we also invest our own money on the same terms as our investors’ money.
